Tools for Evaluating Faith-based Health & Wellness Programs (Part 2 of 2)

The main goal of this 2-part interactive session is to increase the understanding of the importance of evaluating programs and provide basic tools to effectively implement evaluation.
Whether you have already started a faith-based health-related program or thinking of implementing one, this workshop provides you with important tools to assist you in viewing all the
components of your program to see how they are connected and what results are likely based on.  Information presented in this series will help participants with the following:
• Determining which important program features should be measured
• Identifying aspects of the program that may need tweaking to enable greater effectiveness
• Describing the program participants and their rationale for involvement in the program
• Reporting on program implementation fidelity – a reporting requirement for some funders
• Documenting and reporting on program activities to funders and interested others
